Hi, I'm Scarlett,

​If there's one thing I've learnt over the years, it's that running a business can feel incredibly lonely. Having the right support when you need it can be an absolute game changer. There are always emails to answer, invoices to send, social media to keep up with, a website to update, and a never-ending to-do list that somehow seems to grow faster than you can tick things off.

I've been there.

I know what it feels like to wear every hat in your business and constantly wonder where you're supposed to find more hours in the day. I also know how difficult it can be to outsource something you've worked so hard to build especially when the person you're trusting doesn't truly understand your business or your industry.

That's exactly why I created this business - to help other business owners take some of that weight off their shoulders.

With over 16 years of experience in business management, from big-box retail through to supporting small businesses, I've seen firsthand what it takes to build and grow a successful business. While I love supporting businesses across a range of industries, my passion for the equestrian world inspired me to create a sister business to The Virtual Boutique called The Stable Desk - dedicated to equestrian businesses.

The equestrian industry is unlike any other.

It's a community, a lifestyle, and a language all of its own. It comes with early mornings, late nights, and business owners trying to juggle clients, horses, family, and everything in between. I wanted to create a business where equestrian business owners could finally outsource with confidence, knowing they were working with someone who genuinely understands both the industry and the realities of running a business.

Today, I partner with businesses to provide strategic social media management, website design, and behind-the-scenes business support that helps take the pressure off the day-to-day, because when you're not constantly worrying about your social media, your website, your inbox, or the admin that's piling up, you have more time to focus on what you do best - serving your clients, growing your business, and enjoying the lifestyle that inspired you to start it all.
